A local company, Integrity Pest Solutions was our first client. They needed a custom system for tracking their customers, recurring appointments, and available services. Most of all, they needed an affordable solution; as a small business they couldn't afford the tools larger companies can.
Working closely with them to understand their constraints and goals, we built a system that allowed them to effectively track their customers, sales, and schedule. We hosted the application on our own servers, an option we make available to all of our clients, which allowed us to quickly make updates as they encountered bugs or ideas for new features.
This project is important to us because local businesses working together helps drive Columbus toward a more efficient future.
